Phishing

This is an e-mail purporting to be from the Republican National Committee urging donations to the Red Cross for Hurricane Katrina relief. (Thunderbird has blocked the downloading of graphics which are part of this e-mail. That prevents the sender from learning who has received the message.)

This site (above) looks like a legimate site, except for two things. First, notice the web page's address in the browser: http://www.naturalkorea.co.kr, etc. That's not the Red Cross. Also notice in the lower right, there's no indication that the computer is connected to a secure site.

The fake web site above actually is very similar to the real one, pictured below. There are two major differences: notice the correct address in the browser URL indicator, and the padlock in the lower right indicating that it is a secure site. Firefox (the browser pictured here) also displays a yellow background for addresses in the URL indicator which are secure.
